Refresh or full remodel?
Not every kitchen needs to be gutted. We'll help you pick the right level of work for your budget and goals.
New countertops, backsplash tile, paint, hardware, lighting or flooring, keeping the existing layout and most cabinets. Faster, less disruptive and easier on the budget.
New cabinets and island, layout changes, relocated appliances, new gas or electrical runs, pantry additions, new flooring and lighting throughout. More involved, and often the right call when the layout no longer works.
During the walkthrough we'll talk through how you cook and live in the space, and we'll be honest about which option makes sense.
What we coordinate
A kitchen touches almost every trade. We handle or coordinate:

Our process
Countertop templating and cabinet lead times usually drive the schedule, and we'll tell you about them before work starts.
We measure, look at your existing layout, plumbing and electrical, and talk about goals and budget.
You get an itemized proposal by trade, with allowances for items like cabinets, counters and fixtures, and clear exclusions.
We help you choose finishes and order long-lead items such as cabinets and countertops early, so the schedule doesn't stall.
We seal off work areas and protect the rest of your home.
Plumbing, gas and electrical changes, inspected where permits apply.
Repairs, texture, paint and new floors.
Cabinet install, countertop templating and install, then backsplash tile.
Final connections, a walkthrough with you, and a punch list we finish before we call it done.
Living through a kitchen remodel
Most of our clients stay home during the work. We'll plan with you for a temporary kitchen setup, keep dust contained, and tell you which days will be loudest or when water or power will be off.
Kitchen remodeling FAQs
It depends mostly on cabinets, countertops and whether the layout changes. We provide a free, itemized written quote after a walkthrough instead of guessing.
Refresh if the layout works and the cabinet boxes are sound; a full remodel makes more sense when you want to move appliances, add an island or fix storage problems. We'll walk through both options with you on site.
A refresh is much quicker than a full remodel, and cabinet and countertop lead times usually set the schedule. You'll get a timeline with your written scope.
Cosmetic work like counters, backsplash and paint often doesn't need one, but new electrical circuits, gas lines, plumbing changes or removing walls usually do. We check your city's current rules and coordinate permits when they're needed.
Yes, most homeowners do. We contain dust, protect the rest of the house and help you plan a temporary kitchen.
Yes. We coordinate cabinets, islands, pantries and countertops as part of the project, along with backsplash tile, flooring and lighting.
Often, yes, but it depends on whether the wall is load-bearing and what runs through it. We check first, and structural changes are engineered and permitted before work starts.
