Bathrooms & kitchens
Bathrooms & kitchens
Do you remodel bathrooms and kitchens?+
Yes. Those are core services—walk-in showers, tub-to-shower conversions, tile, vanities, kitchen refreshes and full remodels.
Do you publish prices on the website?+
Yes—planning ranges from our instant estimator (Signature finish examples): bathroom full remodel of a standard 5×8 hall bath about $19,000–$25,000; mid-size full kitchen remodel about $36,000–$47,000; finished single-bedroom addition about $40,000–$52,000 (bedroom-and-bath addition about $64,000–$83,000; studio casita/ADU about $80,000–$105,000). Typical range from our instant estimator is a planning guide only. Final price comes after a walkthrough and a written scope. Try the instant quote tool, then book a walkthrough.
How long does a remodel take?+
It depends on scope and lead times (glass, cabinets, counters). You get a project-specific schedule with your written scope.
Can I stay home during a remodel?+
Most homeowners do. We discuss dust control, temporary kitchens, and shutoff days during planning.
What if you find damage behind the walls?+
We stop, show photos, and agree on the repair and cost impact before continuing.
Additions, ADUs & permits
Additions, ADUs & permits
Do you build ADUs and casitas?+
Yes, where city zoning, setbacks, and utilities allow. We coordinate site plans, engineering, geotech when required, ResCheck, and permits.
Do I need a permit?+
Cosmetic work often does not; plumbing, electrical, structural changes, and additions usually do. Each city sets its own rules; we confirm for your address.
What is ResCheck?+
Documentation used to show a new addition meets residential energy-code requirements. Commonly required for additions and ADUs in Utah.
Does Southern Utah hard water or caliche matter?+
Yes. Hard water affects fixture and glass selections. Caliche and soils can affect foundations and drain moves—we discuss both on site when relevant.
